Our Vision

VMS PTO is a group comprised of parents, teachers, and staff dedicated to improving the social, emotional, and educational experience of all students at Viera Middle School.

Our Mission

The mission of VMS PTO is to foster sense of community between students, families, and staff by providing activities and opportunities for parent and student involvement; to enhance the educational experience by supporting academic and enrichment activities; and to provide volunteer and financial assistance by fundraising and partnering with VMS families and community sponsors.

Our Values

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer opportunities are posted in the weekly school newsletter.

To volunteer and attend most events at Viera Middle School, you must be an approved BPS volunteer. Fill out a volunteer application at https://www.brevardschools.org/page/volunteers and get fingerprinted at the school board office in Viera (renew yearly online).
